Stop Climate Chaos: Saturday 4th November 2006: London
I'm off to the main 'i count' event (street bands, entertainment, film, performance and speakers). If you'd like to join me and some others for entertainment and generally enjoyable noise-making, please just comment on this post to get in touch.

Climate marching update:
I'm planning to paint myself green, because it sounds like fun.
If anyone who's joining me would like to do the same I have some body paint which you are welcome to use. If you need to buy some more (this will depend when we're meeting up I guess) I highly recommend 'Snazzaroo' paint, on past experience!
Meeting place:
We are organising a place to meet near Trafalgar Square on Saturday, to co-ordinate ourselves, get painted (if you wish), and make banners (if not done before-hand).
I'll put another comment up tomorrow with our chosen spot, so please check here for that and other info in the run up to Saturday's event!
Meeting place update:
A small reccy has been undertaken and we now have a plan for a meeting place - a nearby pub named Chandos. The address is:
Chandos
29 St Martin's Lane
London
WC2N 4ER
I have put it into 'Google Maps' as the green icon, with our final destination of Trafalgar Square as the red icon,
here
I will comment again with the meeting time when confirmed.
Finalised meeting times
Hi all.
James Str. is going to be around in London before me (from about 11am), so anyone planning to meet up with him please get in touch with him by phone.
There are a number of events going on, detailed on this timetable, and James will be going to some of that.
I'm catching a train which should get to London just after 12pm. So I will be in Chandos at 12:30-12:45 ish to meet anyone who would like to join me. We can then walk to the I Count 'mass gathering' event in the nearby Trafalgar Square for 1pm!
I'll be calling James around then to say hello and we can all 'vote with our feet' together!
